David Refaeli-Berman is a lifecycle and retention executive with nearly two decades of experience building CRM programs, subscription strategies, and omni-channel retention systems for major consumer brands. Working as an embedded operator rather than an outside advisor, he has been directly accountable for a significant share of total company revenue through lifecycle channels at brands including Amazon, Chewy, Bed Bath and Beyond, and Aroma360.

His background spans nine-figure DTC businesses, billion-dollar retail enterprises, and subscription-first brands across e-commerce and international markets.
